1. Company Details & Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions govern the purchase and supply of all goods offered on ClickAura.co.uk. The website is owned and operated by ClickAura Ltd, a registered company in England & Wales, founded in Central Bedfordshire, United Kingdom.

By placing an order with ClickAura, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and a resident in the United Kingdom.

2. Contract Formation

When you complete an order online, you make an offer to purchase goods. Our automated confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; however, a legally binding contract is only formed when we dispatch your goods and send a formal Dispatch Confirmation Email with tracking details.

3. Pricing, Product Descriptions & UK VAT

All prices displayed on ClickAura.co.uk are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and are inclusive of statutory UK Value Added Tax (VAT at 20%).

While we endeavour to ensure total accuracy in all product listings and specifications, occasional errors may occur. In the unlikely event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund prior to dispatch.

4. Payment Methods & Security

5. Delivery, Risk & Passing of Title

Title and ownership of goods pass to you once full payment has been received and the items have been successfully delivered to your specified delivery address. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.

All qualifying electronic devices and goods sold by ClickAura are backed by warranty as per the manufacturer's warranty with complete replacement and repair guarantees, ensuring products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or affects your non-excludable statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClickAura Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, loss of business, or loss of profits arising out of the supply of goods. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
