At ClickAura, all orders are physically stocked in and dispatched from our local UK fulfillment warehouses. We partner with Royal Mail and DPD to guarantee rapid, tracked, and fully insured delivery to your doorstep.

2. Same-Day Dispatch Cutoff Times

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM GMT are packed, quality-inspected, and dispatched on the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT on Friday or during weekends/UK Bank Holidays are dispatched on the next working business day (Monday).

Once your order leaves our UK warehouse depot, you will immediately receive an automated confirmation email and SMS containing your official tracking number.

📦 Real-Time Tracking: With DPD Next Day delivery, you will receive a 1-hour time-slot notification on the morning of delivery, allowing you to track the driver live on a map.

4. Coverage Across England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland

We proudly ship across the entire United Kingdom. Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland (BT postcodes) may require an additional 24 to 48 hours in transit.

5. Missed Deliveries & Safe Place Preferences

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a calling card and provide digital options via their app/portal to:

  • Reschedule delivery for another convenient date.
  • Deliver to a designated safe place on your property.
  • Leave with a nominated neighbour.
  • Redirect to a local Royal Mail Delivery Office or DPD Pickup Shop.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Parcels

Every ClickAura shipment is 100% insured against transit loss and courier damage.

  • Damaged Packaging: If your parcel arrives noticeably damaged, please notify our team within 48 hours at support@clickaura.co.uk with clear photos of the outer box and contents.
  • Delayed Deliveries: If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, our Luton support desk will open an expedited investigation with Royal Mail / DPD and immediately send a replacement if the package is declared lost.
